#1 We ask that you do not attend any fingerprinting appointment if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, trouble breathing, etc.), are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have been advised to self-quarantine.
#2 Please practice social distancing by maintaining a six-foot distance between you and other people.
#3 Always wear a face mask into the facility and throughout the process.
#4 Be patient, as wait times between customers may be longer than normal. In order to shorten the wait time for both you and others behind you, please have the appropriate form(s) of identification and payment ready to go.
We're doing our part too! All of our fingerprint scanner operators are taking this very seriously, washing their hands regularly, maintaining the six-foot physical distancing when possible, wearing a mask and gloves, and not coming to work if they feel ill. We are also disinfecting our Live-scan system, which includes a laptop, keyboard and scanner, as well as any surrounding high-touch surfaces after serving each customer. The COVID-19 pandemic isn't over yet, and we're doing all we can to ensure we don't inadvertently cause anyone to be infected.
